Recently, I had the extraordinary opportunity to photograph the heartwarming bond between a remarkable young woman named Alex and her loyal service dog, Bailey, against the breathtaking backdrop of Vail Mountain. The day unfolded under the benevolent gaze of perfect weather, providing an ideal setting for us to document the incredible connection and unshakable companionship shared by this inseparable duo.
Bailey has been Alex's devoted service dog for several years, and witnessing their relationship is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Whether it's providing assistance or offering unwavering companionship, Bailey is always there for Alex. As a photographer, being entrusted with the task of capturing this unique relationship was not just a job but a privilege. Seeing as though I always get an Epic pass, I was more than happy to click in my skis and head up the mountain with these two.
Our photo session kicked off on the slopes of Blue Ox on Vail Mountain. With Alex and Bailey leading the way, I followed, capturing the dynamic energy and grace that defines their partnership.
